SCOTT HENRY
DRUM TEACHER
Hello I'm Scott. I've been playing drums since I was about 7 years old and have been playing professionally for the last 8 years. I have completed all 8 grades under the Rockschool syllabus and have a Level 3 Diploma in Music Performance.
I started teaching in 2021 and have loved helping guide and mentor beginner, intermediate and advanced/professional drummers. My aim is to help build you into the drummer YOU want to be! And to do this through fun and encouraging lessons, with clear structure and goals. Whether you want to become a professional drummer or just play for fun, we will explore all the different avenues of drumming and figure out what the best route to go down is!
For the last 3 years I have been performing with my band Lady of Mars. We have managed to play some incredible bucket list gigs and festivals of mine. such as the Isle of Wight Festival, 2000 Trees, The Great Escape, Rock n Roll Circus. Also supporting Don Broco, The K's, The Damned, MIRADOR and The Molotovs. We recently signed our first record deal with Frontiers Label Group and have been signed to Raw Power Management since 2025.

Testimonials
‘‘Passion for the instrument, skill, patience, musicality, technique, determination and endurance make a great Drummer and Teacher. Scott has all these attributes and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a Teacher and as a Drummer’’.
Nick Baker - Drumology
‘‘Scott is a brilliant drum teacher with passion and experience. He encourages my daughter to discover new songs and to explore on the drum kit. He teaches my daughter different techniques and he has taken her from a beginner to preparing for her graded exam.
My daughter used to play drums with another teacher for a year but she didn’t enjoy the lessons. So grateful we have Scott now, this made her love drumming again. Drum lessons are now the highlight of the week of my daughter and she even asks for more lessons every week.
We would recommend Scott to anyone who is looking for a passionate & experience drum teacher!’’
Nicole - Drum Student
